These terms cover your use of the website of Boston Landscape Co. Our paid services are governed by separate agreements.

Examples and results

The website shows example results and client results. Results are not guaranteed.

Chat assistant

The website's AQ chat assistant answers your questions using replies generated by Anthropic's AI service. If you choose, you can share your contact information and project details so we can follow up. The assistant cannot book a call.

We and our marketing agency, AQ Marketing, keep your chat messages and any details you provide. Those details are also sent to our LeadConnector (HighLevel) customer relationship management system so we can respond.

Honest reviews

These terms do not restrict your ability to post honest reviews, including negative reviews, or impose penalties for doing so. They do not authorize threats, intimidation, or knowingly or recklessly false public accusations to prevent you from posting a review or to make you remove it.

We do not pay for reviews or endorsements. We do not offer review incentives on this website.

Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of Massachusetts. The venue for disputes under these terms is state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.

Changes to these terms

When we update these terms, we post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
